How is my order shipped?

We send orders via Australia Post, Aramex Australia and TNT Express dependent upon the size & weight of the order and the delivery location. The shipping method is at the discretion of Golf Gear Australia.

How do I track my order?

Most orders are sent with a tracking number with the exception of smaller items that are sent as standard letter mail.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email containing a consignment number and the Carrier used to ship your order. Please go to the carrier’s website and input your tracking number.

Has my order been sent?

Orders placed before 12pm Mon-Fri AEST are shipped on the same day providing the required stock is available. When your order ships you will receive an email outlining how to track your package.

Can I change the delivery address?

We may be able to update your shipping address as long as your order has not been Shipped.  The fastest way to do this is to email us with the Subject line “ADDRESS CHANGE”.

Do we ship internationally?

Our shipping rates are for domestic shipping only. Please ask us for a quote on International shipping.

All import duties and taxes in the destination country are payable by the receiver/purchaser.

What payment methods are available?

Payment options include;

Can I return an item?

Golf Gear Australia accepts returns for refund up to 30 days after the purchase date. All returns must be authorised by our customer service team prior to being returned.
